The old year has ended and people are still discussing how to be more productive in the new one, especially using one of the many kinds of calendars available. In this spirit, I would like to share the custom planner pages that I have created over the past couple of years using Excel.

Features of my 2009 custom planner pages include the following:

whole week visible on one page
8.5 x 11″ pages fit in standard bradded folders and binders
appointment times from 5:00 AM to midnight given for each day (in military/international time)
appointment times subdivided into 15 minute intervals
appointment times line up across entire week, for easy visual organization
year, month names, week numbers, and day numbers already filled in
